Vito Di Leo Jr. joined Community School District 13 as an Instructional Lead for Math in August 2022. Previously, he was an Instructional Lead at the Brooklyn North Borough Office and an Achievement Coach with Children’s First Network 208 where he provided K to 8/Algebra I Math instructional support. Vito began his career teaching math at Middle School 88 where he then became the school math coach and Assistant Principal. Vito holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education and an Advanced Certificate in Administration and Supervision from The City College of New York, a Bachelor of the Arts in Computerized Design and Animated Graphics, a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering Technology – Manufacturing and an Associate of Applied Science in Aeronautical Engineering Technology – Design from the College of Aeronautics (currently Vaughn College). Vito is happily married to his wife Nancy for over twenty years and is the father of two wonderful daughters, Amanda and Emma. He is an avid sports fan (New York Mets!), loves anything MCU/Marvel, is an admitted “foodie” and enjoys “antiquing” when on vacation with his family.
